How it works
1. First conversation
You describe your plans. The case is then assessed: what it requires and which authorities are involved.
2. Clear scope
Before any work starts, you know what is included and how it is billed. Anything beyond that scope is discussed and agreed in writing first.
3. Execution
Authorities, landlords and paperwork are dealt with for you. So, when a case needs a specialist, that person is brought in and you keep one contact throughout.
Why one contact
How much does it help you to fill out forms in a language you cannot verify, to call authorities during the same working hours you need for your own business, and to figure out which document to sign and why?
It does not help a lot. But it is required. This is where this practice comes in.
