To answer your inquiry, to provide the services you request, and to meet legal obligations. Inquiry data is used for nothing else. There is no newsletter and no advertising.

Hosting

This website runs on the Odoo platform. Form submissions and technical data are processed by the hosting provider on servers in Switzerland or the European Union. The EU provides a level of data protection recognized as adequate by Swiss law.

Who receives your data

Nobody, unless your case requires it. Where a mandate involves a specialist, for example an admitted lawyer or a tax specialist, the data needed for that step is shared with them as part of the mandate. Data is disclosed to authorities only where the mandate or the law requires it.

How long data is kept

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry. Mandate-related data is kept for the retention periods Swiss law sets for business records, as a rule ten years.
