Why this practice exists

People who move to Switzerland usually know exactly what they want to build.
What wears them down is everything around it: forms in a language they cannot verify, offices that each ask for something different and specialists they have to find, brief and pay one by one. When a good business fails over formalities, Switzerland loses some of its appeal as a place to build one.
Yet the formalities exist for good reasons. They are part of what makes Switzerland the attractive place it is. So I bundle them in one place.
Helping people get their plans off the ground and actually develop their business is the part of this work I enjoy most. One contact keeps the whole picture, so their energy goes into what they came here to create.
Frequently asked questions
These are the questions that come up most often before a first conversation.

Who will I work with?
You work directly with the founder, Gianrocco Di Perna, from the first conversation to the finished work. Where a question needs a specialist, the specialist is brought in and briefed and you keep the same contact.
What experience is the advice based on?
The founder spent more than five years in tax and fiduciary work, most recently as a corporate tax consultant at EY. The work there included tax rulings with cantonal authorities and the Federal Tax Administration, cross-border restructurings and location decisions for international companies.
What happens in the first conversation?
It usually starts with a short video call in which you describe your plan. Afterwards you know whether it is realistic, what it involves and how the work would be billed. The first conversation is free. If you go ahead, the next step is a meeting in person.
How is the work billed?
Residence and work permits are billed at a fixed fee per person and tax returns at a fixed price. Everything else is billed based on hourly rates, with the scope agreed before any work starts. Coordinated work comes on one invoice. Where lawyers or notaries need their own mandate, this is agreed with you upfront.
What your case would cost depends on its scope. Describe it briefly and you receive a price indication.
What is done by partners?
Company formations with a notary, registered addresses, director mandates, bank accounts, bookkeeping and court cases are handled by partners. Everything else is advised, prepared and coordinated here and you keep one contact. The overview is on the Services page.
Which authorities do you deal with?
The work regularly involves migration authorities at federal, cantonal and municipal level, residents' offices, cantonal licensing offices, commercial registers and notaries, land registries, cantonal tax offices and the Federal Tax Administration, including VAT. Each canton has its own practice. That is why the order of the steps matters.
Can you review and negotiate a commercial lease?
Lease review and negotiation are handled here. The review looks at costs hidden in clauses, the fixed term and indexation of the rent and whether you or your company carries the obligations. Instead of a cash deposit, a rent guarantee insurance is often possible.
Which languages and where do we meet?
The work is done in German, English, Italian and French. Meetings take place in person across Switzerland or by video, depending on the case.
How quickly do you reply and what if something goes wrong?
You receive a response within one working day. Urgent matters are dealt with on the same day. If something goes wrong, you are told straight away. You also receive a proposal for how to fix it.
What happens with my documents?
Your documents are used for your case only. They are shared with authorities or specialists only where your case requires it and never without your agreement. The details are in the privacy policy.
