Straight answers

Describeyour caseMy answer: I can helpScope agreed before work startsMy answer: you can do this yourselfFree of charge

Sometimes the most useful answer is that no help is needed. Many EU citizens register on their own. Some leases are fine as they are.

You hear that in the first conversation, which is free of charge.

When there is work to do, the scope and the billing are agreed before it starts. Nothing is added later without your agreement.

The restaurant you want to open

The difficult part is rarely the idea. It is usually everything around it.

That part is the work done here. See all services

What happens after you get in touch

Your goals are clarified.

The requirements of the authorities are established.

A solution between the two is negotiated and carried through.

You are kept informed about where things stand. When a decision is yours to make, you are asked in good time. Where a lawyer, notary or tax specialist is needed, I bring them in and you keep one contact.

What you receive in writing

Who pays for the wall?

121 Lease clause2 Report to the commune

If you skim a lease and sign it, most of the time nothing happens.

1Then you want to change something in the premises and ask the landlord to pay. The landlord points to a clause. You pay it yourself, once and then again. Over the years it adds up.

If you move a wall without telling anyone, someone from the commune may ask two months later whether it has always been there.

2Material changes had to be reported. Now there is a fine and a form listing every change, due within a set deadline.

None of this ends a business. It costs money, time and above all the energy the business itself needs. That is why these things get checked before they happen.
